Free, no obligation consultation.
The first step is contacting us to work with one of our Certified Healthcare Franchise Consultants.
We will set a time for a brief introductory phone call. This helps us determine what kind of healthcare franchises you may be interested in that meet your qualifications and your personal and professional goals.
Then we spend a few days doing our research based upon the information provided by you to determine the best healthcare franchises that are available in your desired area.
We present you with the opportunities that we have identified in our research. If any of the opportunities are of interest to you, then we will arrange an introduction directly to the representative of the franchisor. This does not obligate you in any way to purchase a franchise. The purpose is for you to further explore if a particular franchise is right for you.
For each of the opportunities that you have an interest in, we will introduce you to the Franchisor. The Franchisor will send you materials to help you become acquainted with their business concept. They may also send you a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which is a disclosure document that tells all about their franchise opportunity. The FDD receipt should be signed and returned immediately.
We will discuss with you the items that are contained in an FDD; in particular items that you should pay close attention to. You should then review the FDD in complete detail, writing down any questions or concerns for discussion with the Franchisor. The FDD will contain a list of franchisees and contact information.
The Franchisor should provide you a list of several franchisees for you to call to ask questions about the franchise. The reason for calling franchisees is so that you can ask them questions about how they feel about this franchise or any concerns you may have.
Most franchisors have a Discovery Day, where they will invite you to their location. You will not only get crucial information for your decision, but will get to meet the staff that will be providing your initial training and continuing support.
You have now taken all of the steps to make an intelligent and informed decision to determine if a particular franchise is right for you.
You may wish to have a franchise attorney review your purchase agreement. We recommend that you use a franchise attorney, not any attorney. Most attorneys are not familiar with franchise laws and can be very costly. Always deal with an expert.
